Whiting Farms Hatchery has always been committed to providing a local alternative to shipped chicks by serving the Colorado and Utah regions.
Due to increased demand, biosecurity concerns related to Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI), and our commitment to chick welfare, we will only be selling and coordinating transports within Colorado and Utah at this time.
This policy helps us prioritize disease prevention, humane transport, and our mission to support local poultry keepers. We appreciate our community’s ongoing support and look forward to another great season serving poultry keepers in our region!
