Direct Ordering Information - 50+ Chicks ​- for small farms and homesteads.

​​Hatch Dates: We hatch every Thursday, pickups are available Thursday late afternoon or Friday. Not all breeds are available each hatch, especially early season. Later season chicks include Bantams, Meat Birds, and High Production White Leghorn.

Please Note

Demand for chicks this year is very high, so please be aware we may be 1-2 months out from your order date at this point, depending on breeds and quantity. We are not scheduling any additional large group orders or transports at this time until we are caught up with local orders. 

​

Hatchery Choice for any type will only be available if we have extra chicks that day. Right now, we don't anticipate having any extras chicks available until at least May. You are welcome to put in your order for Hatchery Choice, but we won't be able to fill it until late in the season.

Ordering Options:

• Online Orders: Browse our selection below and place your order directly through our website.

• Email Orders: Download and complete our Chick Order Form, then email it to info@whitingfarmshatchery.com (photo of your order is fine). Please indicate your requested date (availability may vary by breed and we will contact you to confirm). We'll confirm as soon as we are able, please keep in mind this is a very busy chick season with a very small crew.​​

Pickup Options:

• Hatchery Pickup: Collect your chicks directly from our hatchery.

• Delivery Locations: Pick up your chicks from one of our delivery locations in Delta, Montrose, or Grand Junction. Additional fee may apply.
